Strawberry and Banana Milk

Spring is here and the weather is finally getting warmer again. Strawberries from California are once again on sale.

First thing in the morning, I chopped up some strawberries, bananas and threw them together with a cup of milk into a blender. The bananas thickened the milk and gave the beverage a milkshake like consistency. It was refreshing. My mind was fully awake and energized after the drink. The feeling was like having drank a cup of Dragonwell tea or Matcha. It felt so good...
