Sir Donald, Are you sure you will live to see universal suffrage?

The Standard: "Tsang's remarks Sunday that he is sure he will live to see universal suffrage also drew fire from the lawmakers.

'On what basis can he have such confidence? Does he have a timetable in his hand or he knows a bit of his healthy conditions? If he knows the timetable, he should tell the public immediately. Without a definite answer, the timetable issue will never end,' unionist Lee Cheuk-yan said."
