An off-line tool for del.icio.us?
Del.icio.us is rather unstable these days. The site is often unavailable in recent days due to sporadic power outage. Makes me wonder if there is an off-line bookmark management tool that allows me to manage bookmarks locally on my computer or USB drive and synchronize the data with del.icio.us on a daily basis?
