Eyes on Chinese BloggerCon - Day 2

My eyes are on the Chinese Blogger Conference again.

I am in a much quieter room today and I could listen to the webcast quite clearly.

This morning's sessions were on Web 2.0 and RSS. 1kg and Smiling Library, two very well-known non-profit groups in Shanghai, talked about their work and how they are using blog to further their charitable causes.

While we are on the topic of Web 2.0, do check out the China Web 2.0 Review blog. It's written in English by Chinese bloggers and the blog's "dedicated to track web2.0 development, review and profile web2.0 applications, business and services in China."

Chinese technologists are indeed catching up fast. Here's a clickable colorful chart of Web 2.0 websites/companies in China - made by Chinese blogger Keso.
