Frank Ching: "When Black is Really White"

So the Hong Kong government has decided that the next 800 people elected chief executive of Hong Kong would serve for two years or the remaining years in Tung Chee-hwa's term.

In response to that, Frank Ching in yesterday's edition of SCMP:
"So now, while the Basic Law still says five years, it really means two years. Five is two. Black is white. George Orwell would feel right at home in the Hong Kong of 2005."
