Buddhist Podcast

Via Blogdigger's latest MP3 RSS feed that I have in my aggregator, this week I came across to a couple of Tibetan Buddhist lectures in English from LamRim, a Tibetan Buddhist Internet Radio which surprisingly offers a RSS feed with MP3 enclosures. (Isn't it hip that Buddhist monks have gone podcasting too?)

Looking at their website, I found some mp3 lectures on the Heart Sutra, available in both English and Mandarin Chinese. I downloaded the Mandarin Chinese version of them (had a hard time making sense some of the Buddhist terms in English) and have been listening to them while commuting to work or at night before going to sleep.

It has been very hectic last week with an unusual load of uncertainties that needed to be dealt with. But having listened to the Buddhist talks somehow made me calmer during the day. (I am not a Buddhist or anything, but it seems zen or tibetan buddhism are more suitable for my temperment.)

Thx, I will give it a try

TX for this post I have been looking for these, thank you.
