Totally unrecognizable. I am guessing the photo was taken on the old Hubin road which no longer exists. It could also be somewhere close to Xihu Tiandi on Nanshan Road. Either case, I wonder whether life around the lake is still revolving along the build and tear down madness that seems to take place once a year.
